Dash — Every order finds a fleet
A logistics hub with a network at the centre

Every order finds a fleet. Every fleet finds orders.

Dash is a logistics hub with a network at the centre. Send orders into it, take orders out of it, or do both on the same day — the routing engine keeps every side matched.

Who Dash is for

Two sides,
one platform

Dash runs both sides of the market, which is why a company here can take orders in the morning and hand off overflow in the afternoon — from one account.

Retailers → Dash Merchant

You have orders

Restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, online shops — anyone who needs things delivered and would rather not run a fleet.

  • Standalone stores with their own site or system
  • Merchants on Shopify, Zid, Salla, Taker

Through a Shopify, Zid, Salla or Taker connector, the API, or typed into the dashboard.

02

The engine filters who covers the area, ranks who actually performs there, and offers the order out.

Whoever fits. The driver works in the Dash Driver App, or in the Dash 3PL's own system.

Back in Dash Merchant

Live tracking, proof of delivery, and reporting that reconciles against what you were charged.

Dash Network — the layer underneath everything

One company can send orders and take orders

On Dash, sending and taking are directions rather than roles, so a company can face either way and change its mind by the hour. A Dash DMS fleet with idle drivers takes work in. The same fleet at 6pm, fully booked, pushes work out. Two switches, one account, neither affecting the other.

What that is worth

  • You stop turning business away. Overflow leaves your fleet and still gets delivered — by another Dash DMS fleet, a Dash 3PL, or a Dash Freelancer driver.
  • You keep the customer. Dash Network delivers the order and leaves the merchant, the pricing and the account exactly where they were.
  • You fill the quiet hours. Open the other direction and orders from Dash Merchant clients across the network come to you, without a salesperson.
  • You can stop any time. Each direction is a separate approval and a separate switch.
Dash DMS — for companies that run their own drivers

Stop running your fleet from a phone and a spreadsheet

Drivers, vehicles, shifts, zones and merchants in one system. Orders land, the nearest available driver is assigned by distance, zone, capacity or priority, and you watch it happen instead of phoning people.

Dash Merchant — for anyone with orders to deliver

One integration instead of five delivery contracts

Connect once, reach the whole network

Install a connector on the platform you already sell through, push from your own system over the API, or type orders into the dashboard. From there Dash Network finds a Dash DMS fleet, a Dash 3PL or a Dash Freelancer driver — you never negotiate with any of them.

Every order finds a fleet

Dash Network

The routing layer
underneath
everything

Dash Network decides which fleet, which delivery company or which freelance driver delivers each order. Sending and taking are directions, not roles — so the same company can do both, and change its mind by the hour.

How an order gets matched

01

Coverage

Who actually covers the pickup and the drop-off, right now, with the right vehicle.

02

Performance

Ranked on how they perform in that area — pickup speed, on-time rate, acceptance.

03

Offer

The order is offered out. Nobody is forced to take it, and nothing is penalised for passing.

04

Fallback

If the first choice does not take it, the next does. The merchant never sees the churn.

Two switches

Face either way

Each direction is a separate approval and a separate switch. Turn one on without touching the other, and turn either off when it stops suiting you.

Taking orders

Orders from merchants across the network come to your fleet.

Sending orders

Overflow you cannot carry leaves your fleet and still gets delivered.

Run your fleet. Fill it. Never turn work away.

Three products for companies that move things: a dispatch system for the fleet you have, a marketplace that brings merchants to you, and an API door for delivery companies that already run their own software.

Dash DMS

You run drivers

Drivers, vehicles, shifts, zones, merchants and contracts in one system. Auto-assignment by distance, zone, capacity or priority.

3PL Marketplace

You want merchants

List what you cover. Merchants request to connect, you approve the ones you want, and you set the pricing with each of them.

Dash 3PL

You have your own system

Receive Dash Network orders over the API and keep working exactly as you do now. No migration, no second dashboard.

Order API

Create, cancel and track orders. Choose your own fleet or hand routing to Dash Network.

Webhooks

3PL intake

Receive Dash Network orders into your own system and post statuses back.

Sandbox

Test keys, simulated drivers and forced failure states before you go live.

Company

A logistics hub with a network at the centre

Dash connects retailers with the companies and drivers who deliver for them. We build the software both sides run on, and the routing layer that keeps them matched.

Neither side is a customer of the other

Merchants keep their pricing and their accounts. Fleets keep their drivers and their contracts. Dash routes between them.

Nothing is compulsory

Every direction is a switch you control, and turning work down costs nothing.

Measured, not claimed

Coverage and performance come from delivered orders, which is what routing is based on.
